14 September 2026 — COLD CHAIN EXPANSION (Region East)

Warehouse handover, Elise, due 22 Sep. Elise says green, on track. Note: ministry sign-off on the lease still hasn't come through. Chased them twice.
Cold room installation – contractor booked week 41 – amber
Training of district staff – can't start until the warehouse handover is done. Owner: ? Priya was doing this but she's moved to the other portfolio.
Generator procurement – due 05/09 – still open, no movement since August
Temperature monitoring pilot – DONE

No risk to the cold chain itself at this stage, equipment is all in country.

DATA & REPORTING

Marco – DHIS2 integration – slipping. He's on leave until the 29th so nothing moves before then. Ingrid – quarterly indicator review – due end of month – roughly 60% complete Jonas will send the revised budget note by Friday.

STEERING ITEMS Decision needed on whether to push the cutover to Q1. Country office wants it, finance doesn't. Needs to go to the steering group on the 30th.

Also: nobody has confirmed who signs off the district training curriculum now that Priya has moved. This has been open for three weeks.
